A short story of your relationship- When Brian asked for my hand in marriage, we were at my family lake house on Holter Lake, MT. He said he was too tired to go night fishing with us, so he stayed back at the cabin with my parents. I gave him crap for not coming, saying you only live once, get your booty in the boat. But he said he wanted to head to bed, little did I know it was the only time he could get my parents alone to ask for my hand. He didn’t even realize it then, but that was the exact same spot my dad asked for my mothers hand 30 years earlier!
What you love most about each other–Liv: I love how Brian takes care of me and embraces everything about me. He knows how much I value my family and friends and he makes them a centerpiece in our life.Brian: I love Liv’s infectious attitude towards life
Favorite thing you did in Montana– Brought all of our family and friends together at Glacier Raft Co. for 4 days full of fun. We did a rehearsal dinner, white water rafting, welcome party with a country band, wedding day and a goodbye brunch. Tried to maximize our time together for everyone traveling and it truly was the best weekend EVER!
What was your favorite part of your wedding day– Doing our first look in Glacier National Park, the ceremony, and the silent disco after party (so hard to just pick one thing!)
Advice for other brides– Be present in every single moment, roll with the punches, and try to take one big group photo after your ceremony so in years to come you can see the faces of everyone who was there on your big day!
